BookVoyages #10

In episode 10, I mention the School Library Journal's Best of 2005 List, an article on the goals of the company behind the Narnia movie, new US Postal stamps featuring animals from children's literature, and a British study with some insights on poorer students reading habits. I review Runny Babbit: A Billy Sook by Shel Silverstein, Pacific Northwest Ballet Presents: Nutcracker, and Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. Episode 9 is a holiday gift buying edition. In the sixth episode, I discuss two other podcasts, Teen Libarian and The SG Show. I discuss some changes to Book Voyages, including moving to a weekly format, renaming the episode titles for iTunes users, and prizes with the Mytery Books. Finally, I review a few books.
